Our monthly meetings at Plumptre Hall in Eastwood take place on the second Tuesday of every month.
The last few months have been very busy. Earlier this week, for our October meeting, we were visited by Brinsley and Nuthall Community Choir, expertly led by Charlotte Mendly. Our guests were mesmerised by their amazing performance and enjoyed singing along. We hope they’ll visit us again soon.
At our September meeting we enjoyed great entertainment from Anglers Mates – some fantastic shanties were delivered and there were lots of toes tapping.
August was more creative when we got the painting equipment out and created some designs which we will use to have some “Thank you” cards printed. We are very grateful to receive lots of generous donations and endeavour to send every kind donor a thank you card hand-painted by Eastwood Memory Cafe guests to let them know how their money will be spent.
We are already looking forward to our next meeting on Tuesday 12th November.
