As usual we had a fantastic time on our recent visit to Nottingham Playhouse to see their dementia friendly performance of Jack and the Beanstalk (oh yes we did!).
Huge thanks as always go to our driver Chris and all the staff and cast at the Playhouse for going above and beyond in their efforts to ensure everyone is safe and happy. Our trip to the panto is always very much enjoyed but we had lots of comments telling us that this year was the best ever!
The team at Nottingham Playhouse are amazing and really do go out of their way for our group and we cannot thank them enough. The cast were all absolute stars. There were many great performances but a special mention should go to the Fairy Godmother for signing throughout, as well as Dame Daisy Trot who managed an outstanding performance despite constant heckling from our Nigel, “the luckiest man in the audience”.
We are looking forward to next year already.
